PAYMENT OF PROPERTY TAXES IN TURKEY

Annual payment of property tax in Turkey is a mandatory procedure for all property owners. Property tax must be paid twice a year - in May and in November.

Payment methods:

• In person at the City Hall - you must contact the city municipality with the TAPU and passport. There you will be informed of the tax amount and offered a convenient payment method (Turkish card or cash).
• Via E-devlet - you can pay online by selecting the appropriate service in the application.

The new Alanya Municipality (Alanya Belediyesi Hizmet Binası) is located at the following address:

Cumhuriyet, Eğriköprü Cd. No:66, Alanya/ Antalya

It is important to meet payment deadlines to avoid penalties. If you fail to pay on time, the tax office may charge a penalty, which will lead to additional costs.

How to pay tax via E-devlet?

• Log in to E-devlet with your Turkish ID number (TC Kimlik No) and password.
• Go to the section "Vergi Borç Sorgulama ve Ödeme" (Check Tax Debt and Pay).
• Select the desired tax type and follow the instructions to complete the payment.
